Deze voorwaarden gelden op elke offerte en elke opdracht van graaf!, tenzij we schriftelijk iets anders afspreken.

Quotes and assignments!
Every quote is without obligation and stays valid for 30 days. An assignment starts as soon as you approve the quote in writing or by email. What is not in the quote is not part of the assignment; extra work is discussed up front and charged separately.
Prices and payment!
All prices exclude VAT. On larger assignments we work with a deposit and you pay the remainder on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. On a late payment we may charge statutory interest and pause the work until the invoice is settled.
Timing!
Any deadline we name is an estimate, not a guarantee. A project runs smoothly when texts, images and feedback arrive on time; if they do not, the timing shifts with them. If something runs over on our side, we say so and look for a solution together.
What you provide!
You provide the content we need (texts, images, logos, access) and warrant that you are allowed to use it. We are not liable for material you supply that belongs to someone else.
Ownership of the work!
Once all invoices are paid, the delivered work is yours: files, code and source files. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, unless you object.
Hosting and maintenance!
Hosting and maintenance run per month or per year and can be cancelled with effect from the end of the current period. We keep the site running and up to date; outages at third parties (hosting, domain name, integrations) are outside our control, though we do follow them up for you.
Liability!
We do our work with care, but no website is free of faults or downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount of the assignment and does not cover consequential loss such as missed revenue. Spot a fault? Tell us and we will fix it.
Ending an assignment!
If an assignment ends early, we charge for the work done up to that point. Anything already paid for work not carried out is refunded.
Disputes!
If something goes wrong, call or email us first — most things are settled that way. If we cannot work it out, Belgian law applies and the courts of the Leuven district have jurisdiction.
Changes!
We update these terms when the way we work changes. For an assignment already under way, the version that applied when the quote was approved remains in force.
