What data do we collect!
- Data you give us yourself: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you fill in the contact form, email us or call.
- Technical data: data your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, page requested) that our hosting partner keeps briefly in server logs for security and stability.
We collect no sensitive categories of personal data, and we never ask for more than we need to help you.
Why do we use that data!
- To answer your question and draw up a quote or proposal.
- To follow up and invoice an ongoing collaboration.
- To keep the website secure, fast and working.
The legal basis is your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract (on an assignment), or our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
How long do we keep it!
Enquiries that go nowhere are kept for at most 12 months. Customer data is kept for as long as the collaboration runs and afterwards for as long as the statutory retention periods (accounting, among others) require. Server logs are wiped automatically after a short time.
Do we share data with others!
We never sell your data. We do rely on service providers who help us run the site and our mailbox (hosting, email). They may only use the data to carry out that service for us.

Security!
The site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to the mailbox and admin environments is protected with strong passwords and two-step verification. No online service is 100% risk-free, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Changes!
If anything changes in how we work, we update this page. The date at the top shows when we last did so.
