Practice & office

A website for your practice or office!

trust above all

Someone looking for a physiotherapist, dentist, lawyer or accountant chooses on trust. Who are you, what do you work on, and does this feel like a place where I am in good hands? A well-made site that answers that calmly beats ten adverts.

What visitors look for

1

a photo and a name: people want to know who they will be facing

2

what you can and cannot be consulted for, in plain language

3

how to make an appointment, without having to call during their working hours

Who you are

A real photo, your training, your accreditation and what you specialise in. Not because it is required, but because it is the first question anyone silently asks.

What you do

A separate page per treatment or service, in the words your clients use. That way you are found on the complaint or the question, not only on your profession.

What you do not do

Just as important. Making clear what you are not the right person for keeps your diary free for the work you are good at.

Calm in your diary

Fewer calls, better appointments!

Most practices that call us are short of time, not of work. The phone rings during a consultation, and half of those calls are about something that could have been on the site: rates, reimbursement, parking, what to bring.

A good practice site is therefore above all a site that removes questions. Put the frequently asked ones on it, let people book themselves, and the phone becomes an exception again.

  • Making an appointment online
  • Rates and reimbursement
  • What to bring to a first visit
  • Getting there and parking
  • Cover during holidays
  • A discreet contact form

Questions from practices!

Fewer calls, more work done

Tell us which questions you get every week. They will be on your site soon, and then you stop getting them.
