Building & renovation

Your work is your best salesperson!

Anyone looking for a builder wants to see what you have done and hear that it went well. Everything that does not contribute to that can come off your site. No stock of fine words about quality and craftsmanship; twenty projects with before-and-after photos instead.

And one thing most builders' sites get wrong: making the enquiry useful to you. An empty form yields "what does a bathroom cost?". Good questions yield a brief you can actually price.

What works

Where builders' sites make the difference!

Projects with before and after

One set of photos of a renovated façade convinces more than three paragraphs about your approach. Add the municipality and it works for your local findability at the same time.

An enquiry form that filters

Ask for type of work, municipality, timing and a budget range. You get fewer enquiries and far more usable ones, which on a full diary is the only thing that counts.

A clear working area

Write down the radius you work in. That saves you pointless trips, and it helps Google show you to the right people.

Vacancies on your own site

For most builders, finding good people is harder than finding customers. A findable vacancy page of your own costs nothing extra.

Practical

How we work without disrupting your site!

01

One evening of input

We visit or call in the evening. You talk about your projects, we write. You do not have to supply any copy yourself.

02

Gathering photos

What is on your phone is often enough; we select and edit. If material is missing, we spend a day on site with you.

03

Live and follow-up

After launch we add new projects together each quarter, or you send them over and we put them online.

More of the right enquiries

Feel free to call between two jobs. One conversation is enough to know what your site should be showing.
